Applying for financial aid is arguably the most important step of the college admissions process. In order for students to receive need-based financial aid, every family must fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid - the FAFSA. During January and February, CV organzed four FAFSA workshops for current students and alumni. Families had one-on-one sessions with experienced financial aid officers who helped them fill out the form. Seventy families, both current students & alumni came out for the workshops. Thanks to the South Providence Public Library for hosting and to all the financial aid officers who helped out!
